What is your minimum order?
10 pieces per style. You can mix sizes within those 10 pieces.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Request a pre-production sample in your quote. We make it in your chosen fabric and finish so you can approve it before the 10+ piece run. Sample cost is included in your quote.
How long does it take?
Samples take 7–10 days to make and ship. Production usually takes 3–5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishes.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Europe with tracked courier service. Import duties and taxes are shown in your quote.
I only have a sketch. Can you help?
Yes. Send a sketch or reference photo and our team will create the tech pack for free.
Can you add my labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, branded polybags and boxes are all available.
Do you work with my own fabric?
Yes. Choose "I will supply fabric" on the product page, or mention it in your quote request.
How do I pay?
Standard production orders (10+ pieces) can be paid online. Samples and larger custom orders are invoiced after you approve the quote.
Are the photos your products?
The photos show styles and finishes we can produce. Every order is made to your own design.
